Shiatsu - Finger Pressing
Shiatsu (Kanji: 指圧; Hiragana: しあつ) is a form of Japanese bodywork based on ideas in traditional Chinese medicine.
Shiatsu derives from a Japanese massage modality called anma which was itself adapted from tui-na.
Swedish - Relaxing with Aroma Therapy
A popular style of massage involving using strokes, kneading and vibration as the basic strokes.
Foot Reflexology is involving an application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on the system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a combination oil massage and using rare stones in giving you a thermal relaxation therapy; the rare stones release therapeutic warmth once they are heated and help to relax the body & mind. The stones are heated gently by a modern heating system.
Our therapist will massage gently and use the stones to evenly warms the innermost part of the body. When the body temperature rises it helps to create an environment to help balance out the nervous system and hormones. It also helps to reduce joint pain, muscle stiffness and boost natural immune systems.
The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.
Also known as Gua Sha, Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
